Owner and lead designer, Agatha McLean, has worked in the Interior Decorating & Design industry for 17 years, previously founder of a leading industry trade only Workroom she has extensive knowledge and expertise in custom furnishings and window treatments. Known for her eclectic approach to design, she often draws inspiration and adds a personal approach when factoring into the design her clients heirlooms, family history/members, lifestyle, fashion and travels.
Agatha is a hands on designer with a passion for creating new one of a kind heirloom furniture pieces and fixtures made my talented artisans. The act of construction whether it be working closely with trades or changing the form of an existing piece, is something that is enticing and a welcome venture for 4579 By Design. Sometimes a touch of the unusual and a collision of old and new makes for a well admired luxury interior, we collaborate with talented people to accomplish the best results.
