Process

This process allows us to build long lasting relationships with our clients. Our design process is in place to meet the needs of our clientele, these steps allow us to focus on a given scope and to meet the demands of project timelines. True design is movement and flow, evolving with time and life’s milestones, we are here to help our clients find the right design for their surroundings by treating each project with individual attention. We are proud to have a hard working result driven team that is always adjusting to better streamline productivity and project communication.
PHASE ONE: DESIGN
We begin with a one-on-one consultation. Once our initial proposal and scope is approved, contracts are signed, retainer is paid, and client questionnaire is complete, we will schedule a discovery meeting. During this meeting we will take on-site measurements, and photo documentation. Next, we begin sourcing visual inspiration and piecing together concepts. As our initial plans take form, we will compile material samples, begin drawings, and select furnishings in a visual and tactile presentation that will provide a real sense of how your space will feel and function.
PHASE TWO: ORDERING
Once the primary design of your project is finalized, we proceed to source and order the materials, textiles, design elements, fixtures and furnishings we’ve selected. This phase goes beyond just ordering as our Procurement Manager, tracks order lead times, coordinates deliveries, oversees receiving, and ensures each item is inspected. We also schedule assembly of any furnishings ahead of installation. During this point in the process, we also take time to review your budget and provide updates so that you know what to expect in terms of total investment.
PHASE THREE: INSTALLATION
This is the phase when your project finally comes to life! Once construction is complete, we walk through your new—or newly renovated—space together and take note of any tasks that remain. Following, we schedule an installation day for our team to deliver your furnishings, place them accordingly, and style them perfectly. Once we are finished, we welcome a final walkthrough to get your feedback. After we remedy any outstanding issues, we close out the project with a final budget meeting and our Completion Package with your project information, care and maintenance guide.
